Aam Aadmi Party leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday reiterated his confidence that the Congress will win the Gujarat assembly elections, asserting that the AAP has created a buzz on the basis of advertisements and has no support on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The BJP-led government is facing a massive anti-incumbency in the state, Gandhi said at a press conference here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To questions about his party’s prospects in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s home state, he responded, “Congress is a solid party in Gujarat. AAP has nothing on the ground.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Morbi, in which a bridge collapsed leaving more than 130 dead, Gandhi refused to comment, saying he did not want to politicize the tragedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A tie-up with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi was also ruled out by the former Congress president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TRS and Congress cannot have any kind of relationship, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Gandhi, the TRS stands for the exact opposite of what the Congress stands for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We reject the corruption, the approach, and the attitude of TRS. They are diametrically opposed to what we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
