Police say at least four people, including a minor, gangrapped a 13-year-old girl outside her South Delhi home in a rickshaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to the juvenile, Mohit and Aakash have been arrested, while Shahrukh and the other accused have been detained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At around 5 pm on April 24, the survivor left her house to buy vegetables, according to police. On April 26, her parents registered a kidnapping case because they thought she would be with her friends or relatives. A tip-off led to the apprehending of a boy, who provided information about the other three.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was rescued from near the Saket metro station by a local citizen who saw posters about her missing. She was under the influence of narcotics or drugs when she was found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An examination by the police confirmed rape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police said the accused told them that Shahrukh picked her up in an autorickshaw as she wanted to buy vegetables at the market. Instead of dropping her off, Akash called Akash and the juvenile and brought her to Okhla, where they forced her to drink a spiked cold drink and abused her. They then brought her to JJ Camp, where a new boy joined the four and raped her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Salman Chessy and four boys drove her to Kosi Kalan in Mathura the next day, hid her there for a day, then took her back to Delhi and dropped her off in the Tigri area, police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
