According to a Delhi court ruling on Tuesday, Aftab Amin Poonawala, whom Shraddha Walker was married to, will undergo a narco-analysis test.
Delhi Police’s request to conduct a narco-analysis test on December 1 was approved by the Saket Court on Tuesday.
Aftab Poonawala was attacked with swords on Monday night outside the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) office in Delhi by two men who were later taken into custody.
Both the accused, Kuldeep Thakur and Nigam Gurjar, were arrested after the attack on Aftab’s van yesterday and were produced in the court by the Delhi Police. After court, they have been sent to judicial custody.
